South Texas Bobwhite Quail Hunting

InFlight Outfitters utilizes the traditional “walk up” style when hunting Quail &Chukar.

Each hunt is led by a courteous and professional guide outfitted with custom hunting vehicles to provide you with secure transportation in the field.

Hunting behind finished Pointing Dogs over fields of native grasses completes a challenging yet memorable South Texas Upland Game Bird hunt. Hunting Quail &Chukar begins in October and continues through March.

Package rates based on minimum 3 hunters
100 Quail released/ per hunt - 3 hunters per truck
135 Quail released/ per hunt - 4 hunters per truck
Add Chukar to your hunt; 25.00 per Chukar released.

Quail hunting package rates include Deluxe Room Accommodations , Gourmet meals & beverages, evening bar, Guide, Dogs, Transportation & Cold beverages in the field, Bird cleaning & vacuum packaging.

50% Deposit due upon reservation – nonrefundable
Remaining balance due at conclusion of hunt
Rates do not include gratuity for staff and applicable taxes

Additional Info

Each hunter will need to provide Shotgun, Shells (7 1/2 to 8 shot), protective shooting glasses, a valid Texas Hunting License including Upland Game Bird endorsement, (out of state hunters may purchase a Non-Resident Banded Bird Hunting License), comfortable clothing, walking boots, and game cooler.

Due to safety reasons, InFlight Outfitters advises the use of "open breach", Over & Under or Side by Side Shotguns.

Shotgun Shells, Caps, Vest, Protective Eyewear, Clothing, Coolers and additional merchandise may be purchased in our Mercantile.
